San Bruno Patch
The San Bruno Patch was started in San Bruno in 2010. It is an excellent source for local news and information. The current editor, Martin Ricard, has been part of the process since it’s inception and has quickly become one of San Bruno’s most respected residents.
It never ceases to amaze how quickly and objectively the Patch reports on local news. Up to the minute local news is covered better than any other news source and is reminiscent of the old San Bruno Herald, the longtime printed newspaper of San Bruno.
As a contributor for the Patch in both San Bruno and South San Francisco, I can honestly say that I am proud to write for them regarding real estate news and weekly open house information.
Over the past year, the Patch reporters have been present at nearly every organized San Bruno event, from City Council and School Board meetings to Chamber Events and provided great coverage of the San Bruno fire. Contributors also include local business and community leaders.
